Peggy Clouse was our agent when we moved from Newton County, GA to Jackson County, GA. Being so far away from the build of our home was very concerning since we could not visit the home often. I would highly recommend Peggy Clouse to help buy or sell your home. He handled the sale and purchase of a home for us. She was great at navigating all aspects of the new custom-built home, with all options, the timeline for when to put up the old house on the market to handle all the offers coming in on the old house. Her interior design experience came in handy when staging the old house as well, she moved some things around that made a huge difference and looked terrific. Working with Eric was a positive experience during the entire process of purchasing this home. I have purchased and sold a number of houses, and this was one of the easiest processes I can remember, largely due to Eric's professionalism. The house I ended up buying was somewhat remote and out of his immediate area, but that didn't slow things down at all. eric was delightful to work with as well as peggy! they were responsive so quickly to any question or request that my daughter or i had regarding viewing homes when we first started looking!!! eric was so very patient during the looking process, and encouraging even when we didn't choose one. after she decided to make an offer on one we did like, during the process of the contract, inspection and closing processes, they were promptly available and willing to answer any and all questions we had. they certainly helped the dream of home ownership come true!
