We will list your rental home on the MLS and other major websites for a fee of $1,200. This fee is charged once we find you a tenant and provide a fully executed lease agreement. We will provide a lockbox for other real estate agents to show your property. The potential tenants go through a screening process to verify employment, credit, background and any prior evictions to provide you with a quality tenant. Optional move-in/move-out sheet at $250 each.
We manage the property for you at a fee equal to 8% monthly rent. This fee includes everything in option one minus the $1,200 fee. We will have complete communication with the tenant and manage any issues with the property or HOA. The monthly rent will be setup on autopay.
We represent you on the purchase of your new investment property and you get 2-years of rental management free. This includes everything in option 1 & 2.
